Ci4 Responsible Gaming — Safe, Aware, Balanced
At ci4, we believe that great entertainment starts with self-awareness. This page provides guides, self-control tools, and important information to help you enjoy the platform in a healthy and responsible way.
Ci4's Commitment to Healthy Gaming
Ci4 takes responsible gaming seriously. We understand that for some individuals, betting and gaming activities can have a negative impact on daily life if not managed wisely. That is why we have developed a responsible gaming framework that includes self-control tools, best practice guidelines, and access to professional support.
The ci4 platform is designed to provide entertainment — not stress. We encourage all users to set clear boundaries before starting a gaming session, and to always prioritise their personal mental and financial wellbeing above any online entertainment activity.
Responsible gaming means playing for enjoyment, not to chase losses. We are committed to providing an environment that helps users make conscious, informed decisions every time they use the ci4 platform.
Recognise the Signs of Risky Behaviour
Spotting early warning signs is a crucial first step. Here are some indicators that your gaming habits may need attention:
Continuing to play or increasing bet amounts in an attempt to recover money already lost.
Losing track of time while playing, or playing longer than you originally planned.
Gaming begins to interfere with work, family relationships, or other daily responsibilities.
Using savings, borrowing money, or dipping into daily necessities funds to play.
Feeling anxious, stressed, or irritable when you can't play or after experiencing a loss.
Hiding gaming activity or the amount spent from family members or close friends.
Set Time and Budget Limits Before You Play
One of the best practices in responsible gaming is setting clear limits before you start any session. This is not a sign of weakness — on the contrary, it reflects maturity, wisdom, and genuine self-control.
Budget Limit
Decide in advance how much MYR (RM) you are comfortable spending on entertainment over a given period — whether daily, weekly, or monthly. Treat this amount as an entertainment expense, not an investment. Once that limit is reached, stop and do not add any more deposits for that period.
Time Limit
Decide on a maximum time you'll spend playing each session. Set a reminder or timer on your phone. Take regular breaks during longer sessions — stand up, stretch, and honestly assess whether you're still playing for fun or out of stress.
Review Regularly
Review the limits you've set on a monthly basis. If you find them frequently being exceeded, it may be a sign that adjustments are needed — or that a longer break from the platform is in order.
Available Self-Control Tools
Ci4 offers several options to help users manage their own platform usage. Contact our support team at [email protected] to activate any of the following:
Set a daily or weekly maximum deposit limit in MYR (RM). This limit will prevent any deposits from exceeding the amount you have set for yourself.
Request a temporary break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, you will not be able to log in or carry out any transactions.
Long-term self-exclusion options are available upon request through customer support. Accounts will be closed for an extended period for users who need a more serious break.
Protecting Minors and Maintaining Life Balance
Minor Protection
The ci4 platform is for adults aged 18 and above only. We have an age verification process during registration and reserve the right to close any account found to belong to an underage user. If you share a device with younger family members, please ensure your ci4 account is protected with a strong password and not shared with anyone.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software on shared devices to prevent unauthorised access to adult entertainment platforms.
Maintaining Life Balance
Gaming and betting should be a small part of a balanced life — not the main focus. Make sure you keep up with social activities, exercise, and other hobbies outside the platform. If you find yourself thinking about gaming too often, or if it starts affecting your sleep quality, relationships, or work performance, that's a clear sign it's time to take a step back.
If you or someone you know needs support for mental health or gambling addiction, seek help from a qualified healthcare professional or counsellor. Reaching out for professional help is a wise and courageous step.
