Ci4 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and rules governing the use of the ci4 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
These terms take effect from the date you register your account. Continued use of the ci4 platform constitutes your acceptance of all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ci4 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ci4 platform.
These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered users, and those accessing the platform via mobile devices or web browsers. Use of the ci4 platform is also subject to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ci4.
Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for or use any services provided by ci4. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age required under Malaysian law to use these services.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the ci4 platform. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior warning. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity that occurs under your account. ci4 recommends using a strong, unique password. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. ci4 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their own account.
General User Responsibilities
- Do not use the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the ci4 platform systems.
- Do not share your account with others or allow any third party to access your account.
- Comply with all game rules established for each game and betting category.
- Do not use any automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or use the ci4 platform.
Payment and Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the ci4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, and Boost. Full details on available payment methods can be found in your account settings.
Deposit
All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set according to the chosen payment method. Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account balance within the stipulated timeframe. ci4 is not responsible for any delays caused by banking systems or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the established identity verification procedures. ci4 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from one to several business days. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as your ci4 account.
Fraud and Suspicious Activity
Ci4 reserves the right to freeze or close an account and withhold any associated balance if there are signs of fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the platform. All such cases may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Liability Limits, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
Ci4 Liability Limits
The ci4 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any ongoing warranties. ci4 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses incurred by users as a result of using the platform, including financial losses arising from betting or gaming activity. Users acknowledge that all game and betting outcomes are final, and ci4 will not reverse the results of any valid game except in cases of verifiable technical error.
Account Suspension and Closure
Ci4 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any part of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform inappropriately. Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ci4 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of ci4 or its licensed content providers. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from ci4.
Third-Party Links and Services
The ci4 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and licensed game suppliers. ci4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before initiating formal legal proceedings.
